Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program

Loyal Home Care, also participates in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) as a Fiscal Intermediary (F.I). Under this program patients or direct representatives of the patient is the employer and is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising their own caregivers. This means that patient or a close family member are in control of their own care. Family members are able to care for the loved one and receive financial compensation.
